These were shot in the park area of the Farragut Library a few weeks ago during the peak of fall colors here in East Tn. I think all three of these kids could be models. I just completed some additional training in a sports photography course at Pellissippi State College. This set of photos was an assignment we had to complete. Unfortunately for Maryville I didn't get a bunch of defense shots because they lost the game bigtime. It was still a fun assignment.

Today I covered the traggic school shooting at Central High School in Knoxville Tennessee on assignment for the Associated Press. This was the first time I've been asked to cover something like this. I was nervous when asked to go to the victims home and ask to shoot a picture of the shooting victim. The family was wonderful but their pain was so evident. It was a long day with many emotions
